The Technology, Innovation, Disruption, and Entrepreneurship (TIDE) Committee is thrilled to announce that David Rhew, MD will be speaking about AI in Healthcare at this year's TIDE Talks at Plastic Surgery The Meeting in New Orleans.
Moderated by Lynn Jeffers, MD, and Steven Williams, MD, this panel will focus on transformative AI use cases and Dr. Rhew's perspective on various approaches that healthcare organizations are taking.

Dr. Rhew is an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University and the Global Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Vice President of Healthcare for Microsoft's Worldwide Commercial Business.
At Microsoft, he leads a team whose goal is to demonstrate how a large-scale data-driven approach will lead to smarter decision-making, more proactive care, improved health outcomes, and lower costs for patients and populations. He served as Microsoft's International Coordinator for the pandemic response, working with the World Health Organization (WHO) to develop their World Health Data Hub.
Rhew holds six U.S. technology patents that enable authoring, mapping and integration of clinical decision support into electronic health records and has been recognized as one of the 50 most influential clinician executives by Modern Healthcare.
