TIDE Talks Return in 2024

The Technology, Innovation, Disruption, and Entrepreneurship (TIDE) Committee is hosting a one-hour TED-like talk at 5 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28. This year's panel will be moderated by Lynn Jeffers, MD; and will feature Bruce Rosengard, MD, Geoff Gurtner, MD, and Justin Sacks, MD
As plastic surgeons, we have the unique skill set to think creatively and act outside the box to find solutions to various problems. From startups to established companies, these talks feature experts and innovators who drive change and create growth and progress opportunities.
They cover a wide range of topics, including new technologies, business strategies and innovative ideas that are transforming how we live and work.
The speakers may be proven visionaries outside the field of plastic surgery or possibly our colleagues who have disrupted the industry. By sharing their insights and experiences, these speakers will motivate and empower others to pursue their own entrepreneurial and technological ventures, and to develop novel solutions to the challenges we face as a society.
The session will explore how companies or practices can create a culture that encourages creativity, risk-taking and experimentation.

At the end of this activity, participants will be able to:
