Brow Lift and Upper Blepharoplasty Saturday, October 17 Sat, Oct 17 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. CDT
Brow position and upper eyelid aging are closely related components of periorbital rejuvenation. Failure to recognize brow ptosis may lead to suboptimal outcomes or excessive skin excision during upper blepharoplasty. This panel will review the aesthetic relationship between the brow and upper eyelid, discuss indications for brow lift versus blepharoplasty alone, and highlight surgical strategies to achieve balanced, natural periorbital rejuvenation.
Upon completion of this learning activity, participants should be able to:
Identify key anatomical and aesthetic factors that influence brow position and upper eyelid appearance.
Differentiate patients who benefit from upper blepharoplasty alone versus combined brow lift and blepharoplasty.
Compare commonly used brow lift and upper blepharoplasty techniques and their indications.
Integrate brow and eyelid surgical planning to optimize functional and aesthetic outcomes.
