The"Eye-Deal” Approach- Periorbital Rejuvenation and Blepharoplasty Sun, Oct 12 8:00-9:30 a.m. CDT

Rejuvenating the periocular region demands both technical precision and artistic sensitivity, especially as patients increasingly seek personalized solutions with minimal downtime. This session will explore the full continuum of eyelid rejuvenation—from transconjunctival and skin-sparing blepharoplasties toskin tightening, fillers, and neuromodulators. Faculty will compare and contrast surgical and nonsurgical techniques, highlighting their respective strengths, limitations, and synergistic potential. Attendees will learn how to sequence treatments, tailor interventions to anatomic and aesthetic needs, and combine modalities to deliver refreshed, natural-looking outcomes.

Upon completion of this learning activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Differentiate between surgical and nonsurgical eyelid rejuvenation techniques based on indications, patient goals, and anatomic factors.
  2. Evaluate the advantages and limitations of each modality in terms of efficacy, downtime, and longevity of results.
  3. Design integrated treatment plans that combine surgical and nonsurgical tools to optimize outcomes in eyelid and periocular rejuvenation.
