Through hands-on dissection and faculty-guided instruction, the SRC Cadaver Lab Experience will help you:

  1. Identify key anatomic structures, tissue planes and danger zones relevant to the featured procedures.
  2. Strengthen your understanding of surgical exposure, dissection, tissue handling and procedural sequencing.
  3. Explore operative steps, technical approaches, and critical decision points.
  4. Compare approaches used by expert faculty and consider how anatomic variation can influence surgical planning.
  5. Discuss strategies for avoiding complications and addressing common technical challenges.
  6. Build greater confidence in procedural anatomy, operative planning and surgical decision-making.
