Regenerative Medicine for the Face Sunday, October 18 Sun, Oct 18 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. CDT
Regenerative medicine is increasingly integrated into facial aesthetic practice, with therapies aimed at improving tissue quality, restoring volume, and enhancing healing. Modalities such as PRP, PRF, fat grafting, stem cell–associated therapies, and bioactive materials are being explored for facial rejuvenation. This panel will review the scientific basis, clinical applications, and current evidence supporting regenerative approaches in facial aesthetics.
Upon completion of this learning activity, participants should be able to:
Describe the biological principles underlying regenerative medicine and tissue repair in the aging face.
Identify commonly used regenerative therapies in facial aesthetics, including PRP, PRF, fat grafting, and other bioactive therapies.
Evaluate current clinical evidence regarding the safety and effectiveness of regenerative treatments for facial rejuvenation.
Apply appropriate patient selection and treatment planning when incorporating regenerative techniques into facial aesthetic practice.
