Delayed presentation of tendon and nerve injuries presents unique reconstructive challenges due to scarring, retraction, and altered biomechanics. This session focuses on evaluation and management strategies for neglected injuries, emphasizing surgical planning and staged reconstruction when necessary.
Case-based discussions will highlight decision-making, patient counseling, and functional restoration.
