Panelists will discuss surgical and non-surgical solutions to common problems encountered in breast reconstruction.

Upon completion of this learning activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Identify common clinical challenges encountered in breast reconstruction and evaluate appropriate surgical and non-surgical management strategies.

  2. Compare reconstructive options, including implant-based, autologous, and adjunctive non-surgical approaches, to optimize patient-specific outcomes.

  3. Discuss complication prevention and management strategies in breast reconstruction, including the role of non-operative interventions.

  4. Apply evidence-based decision-making to select reconstructive techniques that align with patient anatomy, oncologic considerations, and aesthetic goals.
