Mesh and Matrices in Aesthetic Breast Surgery Sun, Oct 18 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. CDT

Mesh and matrices have been used in aesthetic surgery to help prevent ptosis, capsular contracture and elevation of the inframammary fold. This session will review the indications, proper patient selection and surgical technique for mesh in the aesthetic breast. Faculty will discuss their experience and highlight proper patient selection, indications and surgical technique.

Upon completion of this learning activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Learn how to determine if a patient would benefit from mesh placement.

  2. What are the indications and different surgical techniques.
