The American Council of Educators in Plastic Surgery (ACEPS) is pleased to present this panel discussion on Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs). This session will explore the principles and practical implementation of EPAs, emphasizing their role in clinical training, supervision, and assessment. Faculty will examine the evolution of assessment tools within surgical education and strategies to minimize bias in learner evaluations. The session will also address how transparent, equitable assessment frameworks can enhance learner progression and readiness for independent practice.
