As plastic surgery practices evolve to meet increasing patient demand and expand service offerings, the strategic integration of nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other advanced practice providers has become an essential component of sustainable growth. This session will examine best practices for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining these team members, with an emphasis on role definition, productivity alignment, and compliant incentive structures. Attendees will explore models that optimize clinical efficiency, maintain quality of care, and support team-based practice in both aesthetic and reconstructive settings.
