Compression Neuropathies of the Upper Extremity: From Common to Uncommon Sunday, October 12 Sun, Oct 12 8:00-9:30 a.m. CDT
This session will provide a comprehensive update on the diagnosis and management of compression neuropathies of the upper extremity. Faculty will review both frequently encountered conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome and less common entities affecting peripheral nerves. The session will focus on clinical evaluation, surgical decision-making, and outcome optimization.
Upon completion of this learning activity, participants should be able to:
- Differentiate among various compression neuropathies of the upper extremity.
- Apply current best practices in the evaluation and management of common and uncommon nerve compression syndromes.
- Anticipate and manage potential complications and recurrences following treatment.
