This session provides an in-depth exploration of surgical approaches to feminizing the lower face, a critical component of gender-affirming facial surgery. Attendees will review the aesthetic and anatomical goals of lower face feminization, including contour refinement and proportional harmony. The session will outline key surgical procedures such as mandibular angle reduction, chin reshaping, and soft tissue modification, supported by technical guidance and case-based examples. Faculty will also discuss strategies to optimize surgical outcomes, manage patient expectations, and minimize complications, ensuring both functional and aesthetic success in this highly specialized area of facial surgery.
