Glass Ceilings are Meant to be Broken: Recognizing Women in Leadership Around the World Thu, Oct 19

Women’s Plastic Surgery (WPS) Forum leaders Dr. Ashley Amalfi and Dr. Paige Myers will host an engaging discussion with current international women presidents focused on career development; the value of mentorship; and overcoming obstacles to achieve your goals. Their leadership and guidance will serve as a toolkit for success in any type of practice setting.

At the end of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Apply leadership skills to their own career advancement plan.
  2. Understand how obstacles faced during training and career development can be conquered.
  3. Understand the benefits of mentorship including how to become a mentor, keys for successful mentorship and how to implement this in your own career.
