Women’s Plastic Surgery (WPS) Forum leaders Dr. Ashley Amalfi and Dr. Paige Myers will host an engaging discussion with current international women presidents focused on career development; the value of mentorship; and overcoming obstacles to achieve your goals. Their leadership and guidance will serve as a toolkit for success in any type of practice setting.
At the end of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Apply leadership skills to their own career advancement plan.
- Understand how obstacles faced during training and career development can be conquered.
- Understand the benefits of mentorship including how to become a mentor, keys for successful mentorship and how to implement this in your own career.
