Facelifting: Go Deep or Stay in the Shallows? Thu, Oct 26 1:30-2:30 p.m. CDT

Panelists in this session will discuss the benefits and considerations between a deep plane lift and a shallow facelift (SMAS). The choice between a deep or shallow facelift depends on the patient's specific concerns, desired outcomes, and your analysis during the pre-surgical planning phase.

At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. List key considerations for both deep plane and shallow facelift procedures.
  2. List post operative concerns and considerations for both procedures.
  3. Identify how the patient's concerns align with the likely outcome of either procedure.
