This course will illustrate options for soft tissue reconstruction on the hand with attention to common hand flaps which all plastic surgeons can utilize. Techniques to avoid complications will be discussed.
At the end of this session participants will be able to:
- Discuss indications for flap coverage in the hand and wrist.
- Understand the options for local and regional flap coverage.
- Outline operative pearls for flap dissection and technical details.
