With so much immediate competition for business and non-professionals offering cosmetic procedures, we need to capture all patients when they call our practices. The front desk is the front line to building client confidence and loyalty to our practices. What sets us apart? This session will include discussion on greeting, collecting, verifications, and attitude.
At the end of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Better approach with patient inquiry and scheduling which fits both the doctors schedule as well as accommodating the patient.
- Providing outstanding customer service
