Dr. Patel is master of orthognathic and reconstructive craniomaxillofacial surgery. He is a leader and forward-thinker in the use of novel technology to diagnose and plan reconstructions of the head and neck. As the Kazanjian Lecturer, he will discuss the present and future use of computer-aided technology in the management of patients requiring complex craniomaxillofacial care.

At the end of this activity participants will be able to:

  1. Understand novel techniques in the planning of craniomaxillofacial procedures
  2. Learn how the use of computer-aided technology can assist in treatment.
  3. Experience the thought process of a surgeon who uses modern technology to facilitate patient care.
