Rhinoplasty, Salient Points, Tips and Traps Mon, Oct 1 7:00-9:00 a.m.

This in-depth course will help you to evaluate the face pertinent to rhinoplasty, give a thorough assessment of the nasal imbalances, and offer a brief discussion of life-size photographs and analysis using step-by-step soft tissue cephalometric principles developed by the instructor. This will lead to drawing a pleasing and harmonious profile for the subject, with differences between the designed nose and the patient's preoperative measurements (expressed in millimeters). By using the data extrapolated from the instructor's studies, participants will then be instructed on how to achieve the set aesthetic goal more predictably.

At the end of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Define the techniques that are the most predictable and that commonly provide a pleasing and harmonious profile for the patient.
  2. Recognize the importance of a thorough facial analysis
  3. Understand and avoid rhinoplasty traps and share some important tips.
