One key to a successful reconstructive practice is having an armamentarium of reliable flaps that one can perform efficiently, cost-effectively, and successfully. The purpose of this course is to provide the attendee with these tools so that he or she can perform these six workhorse flaps.

Following this activity the learner will be able to: 1. Formulate a reconstructive plan for both straightforward and complex cases. 2. Describe preoperative markings and relevant anatomy of the 6 workhorse flaps. 3. List the critical steps in flap elevation and transfer. 4. Discuss the nuances regarding CPT coding and billing.
