The concept of three dates and how it applies to the patient experience to increase in-office booking ratios as well as create a continuity of care and increase the patients level of comfort.
At the end of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Discuss how creating three separate interactions in the patient experience help make your patients feel more comfortable leading to increased booking ratios.
- Identify each “date” and how each interaction builds towards patient satisfaction and conversion.
- Outline how to create the feeling of 3 dates through their mostly already existing patient interaction creating a feeling of continuing care leading to increased booking ratios.
