The concept of three dates and how it applies to the patient experience to increase in-office booking ratios as well as create a continuity of care and increase the patients level of comfort.

At the end of this activity, participants will be able to:

  2. Identify each “date” and how each interaction builds towards patient satisfaction and conversion.
