The panelists will describe their experiences with physician burnout and discuss strategies for identifying and managing the issue.
At the end of this activity, participants will be able to: 1. Identify symptoms of burnout 2. Recognize unhealthy practices that lead to burnout 3. Discuss the prevalence of burnout 4. Outline the importance of physician wellness 5. Describe strategies to mitigate burnout
