This course will include a discussion of operative treatment strategies for flexor and extensor tendon injuries; surgical techniques, rehabilitation and management of complications.
At the end of this activity participants will be able to:
- Explain the different suture techniques for tendon repair.
- Describe rehabilitation protocols following tendon injuries at different levels.
- List common complications of tendon repair and how these are managed.
