This session will discuss strategies in the management of lymphedema in order to maximize results and minimize complications.

At the end of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand Prophylactic lymphovenous bypass,
  2. Define and explain Lymph node transfer,
  3. Understand Therapeutic lymphovenous bypass,
  4. Differentiate between various assessment strategies
  5. Understand Chest wall lymphedema,
  6. Recognize issues beyond the arm
