This session will focus on surgery, percutaneous needle aponeurotomy, and Collagenase Clostridium Histolyticum, specifically when to use and when not to use, and associated complications and their management.
At the end of this activity participants will be able to:
Explain the difference between treatment of Dupuytren's contracture with collagenase clostridium histolyticum versus percutaneous fasciotomy.
Describe patient selection criteria to use when determining the appropriate intervention.
List common complications of each treatment option.
