Ancillary techniques not only commonly accompany traditional facelift surgery but often replace it. In addition new approaches allow surgery to be performed readily under local anesthesia. A number of these procedures will be described.
At the end of this activity participants will be able to:
1) Become familiar with the use of sublingual sufentanil and local anesthesia. 2) Identify novel techniques to optimize long term soft tissue volume correction 3) Identify when and how to perform isolated neck procedures.
