This presentation will walk through compensation and contracts from self-evaluation and determining your Plan A & Plan B, reviewing the market and common terms and conditions, through identifying and analyzing some of the most common compensation models.

At the end of this activity participants will be able to:

• Identify your Plan A & Plan B- who are you and what are you trying to accomplish? • Evaluate the market. • Identify major business terms and conditions to be familiar with. • Discuss common compensation models. • Identify the pros and cons of each compensation model.
