Beating Burnout: Points, Perspectives and Pitfalls Friday, September 20 Fri, Sep 20 10:00-11:30 a.m.
This panel presents a diverse perspective on physician burnout. A senior Surgeon, a young surgeon, a plastic surgeons's spouse and a plastic surgery administrative professional will all discuss the importance of wellness and strategies they have used to help beat burnout.
At the end of this activity participants will be able to:
- Identify factors that lead to burnout;
- Discuss how physician burnout has effects on others;
- Outline strategies to maintain wellness.
