During this final session in Project WELL, Dr. Drummond will teach physician leaders the importance of creating a culture of trust on all of your teams – clinical and administrative - and the skills to make that happen.

  • - Identify the default physician leadership paradigm and its problemss
  • - Learn a leadership paradigm of Trust, Teamwork and Performance that is matched to the needs of a straddle leader

Visit the Project WELL Lounge, including Gallery 1931, and participate in a solution-focused wellness project. This new lounge will feature an interactive and collaborative art installation (gallery 1931) that will be designed over the course of the meeting to encourage creativity and connection with the artistic side of plastic surgery through line drawing, painting and sculpture. Additional Lounge activities will focus on a collaborative brainstorming activity to be shared with the membership and relaxation opportunities throughout the meeting.
