Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (email, fax, or mail) and are subject to approval by ASPS. If approved, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and in accordance with the following schedule:

  • On or before July 27 | 100% refund less a $50 processing fee
  • July 28 – September 7 | 50% refund less a $50 processing fee
  • On or after September 8 | no refunds issued

The meeting sponsors are not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances.
