Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (email, fax, or mail) and are subject to approval by ASPS. If approved, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and in accordance with the following schedule:

  • On or before August 7  - 100% refund less a $25 processing fee
  • August 8 – August 29 - 50% refund less a $25 processing fee
  • August 30 - September 5  - 50% refund on registration fee only, less a $25 processing fee
  • On or After September 6 - no refunds issued

Subject to approval by ASPS. The meeting sponsors are not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances.
