ASPS/ASMS Active Member
Current Active, Associate, International Member, Life-Inactive Member, and Candidates for Membership of ASPS/ASMS qualify for this category.

Guest Nation, Australia
ASPS is pleased to offer discounted registration fees to all meeting delegates from our Guest Nation, Australia. Surgeons actively engaged in the practice of plastic or reconstructive surgery for at least three (3) years, who live and practice in Australia qualify for this category. Registrants in this category will receive reduced meeting fees equal to that of a member of ASPS/ASMS. Copy of medical license required within 10 days of registration.

ASPS International Candidate
International plastic surgeons that have been in practice for less than three years, with ASPS international candidacy membership, qualify for this category. Registrants will receive complimentary admission to The PSF International and Research Reception.

ASPS/ASMS Resident/Fellow†
Residents and Fellows Forum subscription required.  Residents and fellows in an approved plastic surgery residency or fellowship program that are currently enrolled in the ASPS Residents and Fellows Forum (RFF) qualify for this category. Visit PlasticSurgery.org/RFF for application. Registrants will receive the following complimentary items: meeting registration; one, 1-hour instructional course; admission to the YPS Forum Luncheon; and the Residents Day Program and Reception.

Resident/Fellow Non-Subscriber†
Residents and fellows in an approved plastic surgery residency or fellowship program that are not currently enrolled in the ASPS Residents and Fellows Forum (RFF) qualify for this category. Registrants will receive the following complimentary items: one, 1-hour instructional course, and Admission to the Residents Day Program and Reception. Verification letter from training program director required.

ASPS International Trainee†
International trainees actively engaged in a recognized plastic surgery residency program outside the U.S. or Canada that are currently enrolled in the ASPS International Trainees Forum qualify for this category. Registrants will receive the following complimentary items:  meeting registration; one, 1-hour instructional course; admission to The PSF International and Research Reception; and the Residents Day Program and Reception.

ASPS Affiliate Member
Affiliate members are plastic surgery team members, whom also hold membership with ASPS. Affiliate members receive discounted registration fees and the option to register for/attend instructional courses. Visit PlasticSurgery.org for more information on becoming an affiliate member.

Plastic Surgery Team Member
Physicians may register their nurses, physician assistants, research assistants, residency coordinators, and other office staff for this category. New! Team members are permitted to register for all instructional courses in the Practice Management track and all other instructional courses.  Letter from physician employer required within 10 days of registration.

Guest Physician
Surgeons actively engaged in the practice of plastic or reconstructive surgery, who are not members of ASPS or ASMS and reside in North America or an international country, qualify for this category. Copy of medical license required within 10 days of registration.

ASPS Global Partners Network - Guest Physician
Surgeons actively engaged in the practice of plastic surgery for at least three (3) years, who hold current membership with one of the listed organizations qualify for this category and will receive a reduced registration fee (30% less than the Guest Physician rate).  Qualifying organizations include: Royal Belgian Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (RBSPS); Sociedade Brasileira de Cirurgia Plástica (SBCP); Société Française de Chirurgie Plastique  Reconstructrice et Esthétique (SOFCPRE); Irish Association of Plastic Surgery (IAPS); Israel Society of Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery (ISPAS); Società Italiana di Chirurgia Plastica Ricostruttiva ed Estetica (SICPRE); Nederlandse Vereniging voor Plastische Chirurgie (NVPC); New Zealand Association of Plastic Surgeons (NZAPS); Singapore Association of Plastic Surgeons (SAPS); Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons of Southern Africa  (APRSSA); Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (KSPRS); Taiwan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (TSPS); and The British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS). Copy of medical license required within 10 days of registration.

Industry Research and Scientific Personnel
Non-marketing industry personnel, including members of the medical and regulatory affairs and education community and research and development scientists, may qualify for this category. Letter of verification from registrant (on company letterhead) providing corporate affiliation and role is required at time of registration and is subject to ASPS approval prior to registration processing and confirmation. Subject to verification and approval by ASPS.

Investment Analyst
Personnel involved in analyzing financial information to forecast business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions in the plastic surgery space may qualify for this category. Letter of verification from registrant (on company letterhead) providing corporate affiliation and role is required at time of registration and is subject to ASPS approval prior to registration processing and confirmation. Subject to verification and approval by ASPS.

Active Military Duty
Full-time officers in the uniformed services with proof of service, current membership, or candidates for membership with ASPS qualify for this category.

Medical Student
Medical students currently enrolled full-time in an ACGME-accredited program qualify for this category.  Registrants will receive the following complimentary items: meeting registration; admission to Medical Students Day program; and admission to Breakfast with Champions. Copy of student ID or letter from the medical school register required.

Spouse/Guest†
Physician registrants have the option to register one spouse or guest to attend the meeting. Neither continuing medical education credit nor corresponding course registration is available, if registered in this category.

Life-Active Member Spouse/Guest
Life-Active physician registrants have the option to register one spouse or guest to attend the meeting. Neither continuing medical education credit nor corresponding course registration is available, if registered in this category.
